RNA Cell Lysis Buffer

The RNA Lysis Buffer is used for the lysis of biological samples consisting of cells and tissues and to deactivate endogenous RNases in biological samples prior to isolating high-quality intact RNA. Employing a suitable RNA lysis buffer is important for the isolation of RNA or other specific components from cellular mixtures, guaranteeing uncontaminated samples for subsequent procedures.
