Polybrene (10 mg/ml)

Polybrene is a cationic polymer that enhances viral infections in cultured cells. It neutralizes charge repulsion between capsids and the cell surfaces, supporting viral entry and increasing infection efficiency. Polybrene is often used to supplement culture media and improves DNA transfection in various cell types. This polybrene product is formulated in water, and is a valuable supporting tool in molecular biology and gene therapy.
