0.1 M Acetate Buffer is a versatile reagent, often used for DNA/RNA precipitation studies, low-pH enzyme assays, and several other biomolecular and biological research workflows. This sodium acetate buffer provides buffering capacity at a low pH, helpful for assays conducted under acidic conditions. The buffer is tested for endotoxin contamination and pH adjusted to 3.5.
